When we started just over a decade ago, we combined high-quality touchscreen monitors, removable storage and Apple ProRes to dramatically improve the quality of video captured by almost any camera. For the first time, videomakers could take the uncompressed output from their camera and store it in Apple’s professional, easy-to-edit format.

- Peter BarberChief Operating OfficerPeter is an industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience in production and post-production workflows, including 3 years at Apple Computer where he was responsible for the rollout of Final Cut Pro and other video solutions in Asia Pacific. As co-founder and co-owner of Blackmagic Design, Peter played a key role in growing that business and orchestrating several strategic acquisitions.
- Daniel MooreChief Technology OfficerDaniel brings a wealth of experience in software and hardware engineering, most recently as CTO of Presien, an award-winning Artificial Intelligence company. At Presien Daniel led the development of a real-time embedded machine learning vision system and a cloud-based analytics platform. He has held other CTO positions since an 8-year tenure as Director of Software Engineering at Blackmagic Design.
